Wide Egg Noodles, Uncooked 1 (11 oz.) Can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup 1 (3 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese 1 (10 oz.) Box Frozen Corn, Opt.   1. Combine ground beef, water, dried onion, salt.  Bring to a boil. 2. Stir noodles, soup, cream cheese.  Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3.  Uncover, add corn if desired, and cook until thick.
